Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is a bit better than Galaxy S5, with a global score of 88.2 against 80.8. These devices work with Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version while Galaxy S5 has Android 4.4.2 version. The Huawei P40 Pro body is notably newer, but a bit thicker and a lot heavier than Galaxy S5.
Huawei P40 Pro has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. Galaxy S5 features a much better display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a way smaller display, it also counts with a better count of pixels per screen inch.
Huawei P40 Pro has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a much higher resolution back camera, a much larger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality, a bigger camera aperture and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 50 percent more battery size.
