Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is much better than Xiaomi 12 Pro, getting an 88.2 score against 79.6. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, it must be noted that it's also older, just a little bit thicker and a little heavier. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a way better performance than Xiaomi 12 Pro. Both have a 8 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a much better screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a little better count of pixels per inch in the display, a higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a bit bigger display.
Xiaomi 12 Pro captures slightly better photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, a same size back camera sensor and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi 12 Pro also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition. The Huawei P40 Pro and the Xiaomi 12 Pro count with similar storage for applications and games, both of them have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has a little longer battery performance than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity instead of 4200mAh.
