Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is much better than Xiaomi 12T Pro, with an 88.2 score against 76.9. Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, the Huawei P40 Pro is an a lot older, a little heavier and just a bit thicker cellphone than Xiaomi 12T Pro. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P40 Pro has the older 10 version while Xiaomi 12T Pro has Android 12.
The Huawei P40 Pro features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a little worse resolution of 1200 x 2640, a just a little worse screen density and a little bit smaller screen. The Xiaomi 12T Pro and Huawei P40 Pro have very similar storage for games and applications, both of them have exactly the same internal storage capacity.
Huawei P40 Pro features a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 12T Pro. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores. The Huawei P40 Pro takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light captures and videos, a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photographs and a camera with lot less megapixels.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro features improved battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.
