Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is a bit better than Huawei P40 Pro, with a score of 90 against 88.2. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is a just a little bit thicker and a little heavier phone than the Huawei P40 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has a little bit better display than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite worse display pixel density, it also counts with a little larger display.
