Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro has a general score of 88.2, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's overall score of 78.1. These devices use Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Even though the Huawei P40 Pro is a lot newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, it's heavier and thicker.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has more RAM memory and a larger number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus and Huawei P40 Pro feature extremely similar screens, although the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a just a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen, a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a bit smaller screen.
The Huawei P40 Pro takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger aperture to capture better low-light captures, higher video frame rates, a back camera with lot more megapixels and a much bigger sensor capturing lot better quality pictures.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's storage capacity for games and applications is very similar to Huawei P40 Pro's one, they have the same 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 Pro counts with just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 4200mAh battery size.
