Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 8, getting an 88.2 score against 83.3. Huawei P40 Pro's design is newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Mi 8. These phones include the same Android 10 operating system, so they should provide all the same operating system features.
Xiaomi Mi 8's processor is very similar to Huawei P40 Pro's CPU, and although the Xiaomi Mi 8 has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a little bit better display than Huawei P40 Pro, although it has a little lower 1080 x 2248 pixels resolution, a little bit smaller display and a quite worse pixel count per display inch.

Xiaomi Mi 8 features a lot bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has 256 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 Pro counts with better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
