The Huawei P40 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, getting an 88.2 score against 81.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Huawei P40 Pro has older 10 version and Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Huawei P40 Pro is a newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, but it's thicker and a lot heavier.
