Comparison review

The Huawei P40 is a little bit better than LG G7 ThinQ, having an 86.4 score against 81. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 has 10 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Huawei P40's design is newer, but a bit heavier and a little thicker than LG G7 ThinQ.

The Huawei P40 counts with a bit superior processor than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 also has a greater amount of RAM. LG G7 ThinQ features a sharper screen than Huawei P40, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the LG G7 ThinQ also has a higher display density and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px.

Huawei P40 shoots better photographs and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photos and a back-facing camera with a way better 50 MP resolution.

The LG G7 ThinQ has much more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P40, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 has longer battery duration than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.

Huawei P40 costs a lot more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
