Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is just a bit better than the Huawei P40, having a global score of 90.8 against 86.4. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 is a a little heavier cellphone than the Huawei P40, but both of them have the same thickness. Huawei P40 features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20's storage for applications, games, photos and videos is very similar to Huawei P40's one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy Note 20 features a bit better processing unit than Huawei P40, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Note 20 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 takes much better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for capturing photos and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, higher 60 frames per second video frame rates and a lot more MP camera in the back.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a little longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P40. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Note 20, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei P40, giving up a couple features and specs.
