Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition's 80.4 general score. The Huawei P40 is a much newer device than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it is a little bit heavier and just a bit thicker. The Huawei P40 has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Note Fan Edition features a bit better screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a just a little greater screen pixels density. Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a slightly better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P40, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB.

Huawei P40 takes greater pictures and videos than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing pictures and video in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a lot more MP camera, a much larger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos and higher 60 fps video frame rates.
