Asus ROG Phone 8 has a global score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Huawei P50 Pocket's 73.4 score. The Asus ROG Phone 8 works with Android 14 operating system, and Huawei P50 Pocket has HarmonyOS operating system. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 8 is extremely newer than the Huawei P50 Pocket, it's thicker and somewhat heavier.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a way better looking screen than Huawei P50 Pocket, although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, a bit smaller screen and a bit lower display pixels density. The Asus ROG Phone 8's CPU is just as good as Huawei P50 Pocket's processing unit, and although the Asus ROG Phone 8 has 4 GB more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 takes much better videos and photos than Huawei P50 Pocket, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography, it also counts with a back-facing camera with more mega pixels and a much better 7680x4320 video resolution. Asus ROG Phone 8's memory to install games and applications is very similar to Huawei P50 Pocket's one, they have exactly the same 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much longer battery performance than Huawei P50 Pocket, because it has a 5500mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
