Comparison review
The Honor 50 Pro has a general score of 77, which is a little bit better than the Huawei P50 Pocket's 73.4 general score. Although Honor 50 Pro and Huawei P50 Pocket were only released 6 months apart, the Honor 50 Pro construction is just a bit lighter but also a bit thicker than Huawei P50 Pocket. Honor 50 Pro works with Android 11 operating system, while Huawei P50 Pocket has HarmonyOS operating system.
Honor 50 Pro features a much faster processor than Huawei P50 Pocket. They have 8 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. The Honor 50 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Huawei P50 Pocket, because although it has a little bit worse 1236 x 2676 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater screen pixel density.
Honor 50 Pro counts with as much storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Huawei P50 Pocket, both of them have equal 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei P50 Pocket and the Honor 50 Pro both have extremely similar batteries. The Honor 50 Pro captures better photographs and videos than Huawei P50 Pocket, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Honor 50 Pro also counts with a much more mega pixels camera.
