Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is a bit better than Huawei P50 Pocket, having a 77.5 score against 73.4. Although it's the best we are comparing here, we must note that it is also a noticeably older, a little thicker and a bit heavier cellphone. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a much better hardware performance than Huawei P50 Pocket, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a screen that's just as good as the Huawei P50 Pocket one, although the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, a quite smaller screen and a little bit lower pixel density. The Huawei P50 Pocket has a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei P50 Pocket captures much clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P50 Pocket also has a larger diafragm aperture for better images in low light situations and a lot higher 40 mega pixels resolution camera.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features better battery performance than Huawei P50 Pocket, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity.
