Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is slightly better than Huawei P50 Pocket, having a 75.8 score against 73.4. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is an extremely older and somewhat thicker device than Huawei P50 Pocket, but Xiaomi was able to make it a little lighter anyway. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro works with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, while Huawei P50 Pocket comes with HarmonyOS operating system.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a much better performing processing unit than Huawei P50 Pocket, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a little sharper display than Huawei P50 Pocket, although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution, a little smaller display and a little inferior pixels number per inch of display.

Huawei P50 Pocket shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a way higher (4K) video definition, a back camera with a much better resolution and a larger diafragm aperture. Huawei P50 Pocket features much more memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with a battery performance that's very similar to the battery duration in Huawei P50 Pocket.
