Comparison review
The Huawei P50 Pro is just a bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8, with an 80 score against 79.5. The Huawei P50 Pro body is just a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Asus ROG Phone 8, even though it was released many years before. The Huawei P50 Pro counts with HarmonyOS OS, and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 OS.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a more vivid display than Huawei P50 Pro, because although it has a little less pixels per display inch and a little lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Huawei P50 Pro features a very superior CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 8's memory to store more apps and games is just as good as the Huawei P50 Pro one, they have exactly the same internal storage. The Asus ROG Phone 8 takes a lot better videos and photos than Huawei P50 Pro, although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photos or video in low-light environments, they both have a back facing camera with a 50 mega-pixels.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features greater battery lifetime than Huawei P50 Pro, because it has a 26% more battery capacity.
