Comparison review
The Huawei P50 has an overall score of 86.3, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8's 83 general score. The Huawei P50 has HarmonyOS operating system, and Asus ZenFone 8 comes with Android 11 operating system. Even though the Huawei P50 and the Asus ZenFone 8 were only released with a couple of months difference, Huawei P50's design is somewhat thinner but also a bit heavier.
Asus ZenFone 8's processing unit is just as good as the CPU in Huawei P50, and although the Asus ZenFone 8 has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a little sharper screen than Huawei P50, although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, a little smaller display and a just a bit lower display density.
The Huawei P50 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has more internal storage capacity. The Huawei P50 counts with just a bit longer battery life than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity. Asus ZenFone 8 captures greater photographs and videos than Huawei P50, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a way higher 64 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
