Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has Android 13 OS, while Huawei P50 counts with HarmonyOS OS.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little sharper display than Huawei P50, because it has a little bigger screen, a slightly better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a little greater screen density. The Huawei P50 has more memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features just a bit better processing power than Huawei P50, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM.
