Comparison review
The Huawei P50 is better than the Galaxy XCover 5, getting an 86.3 score against 78.1. Although the Huawei P50 and Galaxy XCover 5 were released with only 5 months difference, the Huawei P50 design is a little bit heavier but thinner. The Huawei P50 comes with HarmonyOS operating system, and Galaxy XCover 5 counts with Android 11 operating system.
The Huawei P50 features a brighter screen than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a bigger screen, a way higher resolution of 1224 x 2700 pixels and a higher pixel amount per inch of screen. The Huawei P50 features just a little better processing power than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P50 also has 4 GB more RAM.
Huawei P50 shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Huawei P50 also has a much higher 50 megapixels resolution back camera. The Huawei P50 features much more memory for games and applications than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
