Huawei Mate X2 is better than the Huawei P50E, getting a general score of 89.1 against 79.3. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate X2 is an older, much heavier and a little bit thicker cellphone than Huawei P50E. Huawei Mate X2 works with Android 10 OS, and Huawei P50E works with HarmonyOS 2 OS.
Huawei P50E features a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has a lot lower 1224 x 2700 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater count of pixels in each inch of display. The Huawei Mate X2 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P50E. Both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
The Huawei Mate X2 counts with much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P50E, because it has 128 GB more internal memory. The Huawei Mate X2 has just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei P50E, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4100mAh. Huawei Mate X2 takes better photos and videos than Huawei P50E, although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, they both have a camera with a 50 MP resolution.
