Galaxy S4 has a score of 79, which is slightly better than Huawei P60 Pro's 75 score. The Galaxy S4 construction is just a little thinner and extremely lighter than the Huawei P60 Pro, although it was released 10 years before. The Galaxy S4 works with Android 4.4 OS, and Huawei P60 Pro works with Android OS.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Huawei P60 Pro, because although it has lesser CPU cores and 6 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor.
