The iPhone 13 is a lot better than Huawei P9 Plus, with a 91.5 score against 75.5. The iPhone 13 works with iOS 15.x OS, and Huawei P9 Plus comes with Android 7.0 Nougat OS. IPhone 13 is a much newer device than Huawei P9 Plus, but it's just a little bit thicker and a little heavier. Apple iPhone 13 counts with a better performing CPU than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has 2 less cores (although faster), and they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Apple iPhone 13 also counts with a 64-bit CPU.
IPhone 13 features a brighter screen than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a higher resolution of 1170 x 2532px, a little bit larger display and a quite higher display pixel density.
