Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) is a much thinner and way lighter phone than the Huawei P9 Plus. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored) has 14 version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Huawei P9 Plus features a much faster processing unit than Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold (Rumored), although it has 12 GB less RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
