Motorola Edge 40 Pro is better than the Huawei P9 Plus, getting a score of 83.4 against 75.5. The Motorola Edge 40 Pro construction is much newer than Huawei P9 Plus's, although it's somewhat heavier and incredibly thicker. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 40 Pro has the older 13 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Huawei P9 Plus counts with a much better processing power than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.
