Galaxy A40 is a little bit better than Huawei P9 Plus, getting a overall score of 79.6 against 75.5. Even though the Galaxy A40 is somewhat thicker than Huawei P9 Plus, it's lighter and also a lot newer. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A40 has 11 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
