The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) has a global score of 75.8, which is slightly better than the Huawei P9 Plus's general score of 75.5. The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) design is somewhat thicker but a bit lighter than the Huawei P9 Plus, and both of them were released only 9 months apart. Huawei P9 Plus and Galaxy A5 (2017) have quite similar displays, because although the Galaxy A5 (2017) has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a bit better amount of pixels in each display inch.
