Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is better than the Huawei P9 Plus, getting a general score of 89.1 against 75.5. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has the older 11 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Even though Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is noticeably newer than the Huawei P9 Plus, it is just a little heavier and somewhat thicker.
