The Galaxy S25 is just a bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus, having an 82.6 score against 75.5. The Galaxy S25 construction is much lighter and noticeably thinner than Huawei P9 Plus. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S25 has 14 version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The Galaxy S25 features a brighter display than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a quite better display density, a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little bit bigger screen. Huawei P9 Plus features a slightly bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S25, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
The Huawei P9 Plus has a very superior hardware performance than Galaxy S25, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with better battery performance than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S25 captures much better videos and photos than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a much larger sensor taking way higher quality photographs, a bigger camera aperture to capture better photography in low light environments, a back facing camera with much more MP and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.
