Comparison review
Galaxy S8 is a bit better than Huawei P9 Plus, getting an 81.7 score against 75.5. The Galaxy S8 construction is newer and a little bit lighter than Huawei P9 Plus's, although it is also somewhat thicker. The Galaxy S8 has a little sharper display than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a much better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels, a little larger display and a greater count of pixels per inch of screen.
Samsung Galaxy S8 features as much storage for games and applications as the Huawei P9 Plus, they have a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB and the same internal storage capacity. The Huawei P9 Plus features just a bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy S8. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM amount.
The Galaxy S8 has just a bit better camera than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels, the Galaxy S8 also has a much better video quality, a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way larger diafragm aperture. The Huawei P9 Plus has a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S8, because it has a 13% greater battery capacity.
