Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the Huawei P9 Plus's 75.5 overall score. Sony Xperia 1's design is incredibly newer, but somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier than the Huawei P9 Plus. Xperia 1 has a more vivid display than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a lot better amount of pixels per inch of screen, a bigger screen and a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840.
The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a bit superior processor than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a larger amount of RAM. Sony Xperia 1 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a way better 3840x2160 video definition and a much larger aperture to take better photography and video in low light environments.
Sony Xperia 1 has a lot bigger memory to install applications and games than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei P9 Plus counts with a little better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 1, because it has a 2% greater battery size.
