Comparison review
The Xperia XZ Premium is a little bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus, with a 79.8 score against 75.5. Xperia XZ Premium's design is newer than the Huawei P9 Plus's, although it is thicker and heavier. The Xperia XZ Premium features a much sharper display than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Xperia XZ Premium also has a much higher 2160 x 3840px resolution and a way better display density.
Huawei P9 Plus and Xperia XZ Premium both count with similar storage capacity for games and applications, both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB and equal 64 GB internal memory. The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a processing unit that is very similar to the CPU in Huawei P9 Plus, they have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount.
Huawei P9 Plus has just a little better battery performance than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh. The Xperia XZ Premium shoots better pictures and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a much better video definition, a much bigger camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs and a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
