Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is just a bit better than Huawei P9 Plus, getting a general score of 78.1 against 75.5. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus body is thicker and a little heavier than the Huawei P9 Plus.
Huawei P9 Plus counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a little bit better looking screen than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 1920px, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also counts with a little bigger display.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has a tinier sensor offering a lower image quality, it also counts with a way better (4K) video resolution, a more mega pixels camera in the back and a bigger camera aperture for better low light captures.
Huawei P9 Plus counts with slightly more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
