Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus, with a general score of 80.5 against 75.5. These phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it counts with lots of additional features. Although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro is a lot newer than the Huawei P9 Plus, it is heavier and thicker.
Huawei P9 Plus counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei P9 Plus and the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro feature extremely similar screens, although the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a little bit bigger screen, a little higher quantity of pixels per inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340.

The Huawei P9 Plus features a little bit better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 256 GB.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro counts with greater battery life than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
