The Xiaomi Poco X2 is a bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus, with a score of 79.3 against 75.5. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Poco X2 has the previous 11 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xiaomi Poco X2 body is much newer, but extremely heavier and noticeably thicker than the Huawei P9 Plus.
The Huawei P9 Plus features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Poco X2, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Huawei P9 Plus features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a quite better display pixels density.
Xiaomi Poco X2 takes way better photos and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a lot bigger sensor, a back-facing camera with way more megapixels and a much higher (4K) video definition. Huawei P9 Plus has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei P9 Plus also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 features better battery lifetime than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
