Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi 9T is a little bit better than Huawei P9 Plus, with a overall score of 78.2 against 75.5. Although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T is extremely newer than the Huawei P9 Plus, it is much thicker and heavier. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi 9T has 10 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Huawei P9 Plus counts with a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi 9T. They have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. Huawei P9 Plus features a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a little bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi 9T counts with a really longer battery life than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
