Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a global score of 75.8, which is a bit better than Huawei P9 Plus's 75.5 global score. These phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it provides the user a couple additional features and performance tweaks. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro design is newer than Huawei P9 Plus's, although it's thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Huawei P9 Plus has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Huawei P9 Plus has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a quite smaller display, a little inferior pixel amount in each inch of screen and a bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution.
The Huawei P9 Plus has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality, the same resolution camera in the back and a same size camera aperture, the Huawei P9 Plus also has higher 60 frames per second video frame rates. Huawei P9 Plus counts with a little bit more memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Huawei P9 Plus also has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro counts with improved battery life than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3400mAh.
