Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is just a bit better than the Huawei P9 Plus, with an 81.1 score against 75.5. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a a lot newer phone than Huawei P9 Plus, but it is noticeably heavier and extremely thicker. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an older 10 version while Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Huawei P9 Plus and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro both have similar processing units, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Huawei P9 Plus counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit worse 1080 x 1920px resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher screen density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features just a bit bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a way higher (4K) video resolution, a bigger aperture to capture better low light photography and video, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a lot higher resolution camera.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei P9 Plus, because it has a 48 percent greater battery capacity.
