Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 8 is just a bit better than Huawei P9, with a 77.4 score against 72.9. Even being the best device we are comparing, we must note that it is also noticeably heavier and thicker. The Huawei P9 features a bit better performance than Huawei Mate 8, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Huawei P9 counts with a little bit better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Huawei P9 also counts with a bit better pixel count in each screen inch. Huawei Mate 8 has just a bit better camera than Huawei P9, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a bigger diafragm aperture and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.
The Huawei Mate 8 has a superior storage to install games and applications than Huawei P9, because although it has an external memory slot that supports 128 GB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate 8 counts with better battery duration than Huawei P9, because it has a 33 percent greater battery size.
