The LG G8S ThinQ is much better than Huawei P9, having an 82.5 score against 72.9. The LG G8S ThinQ body is much newer, but extremely heavier and thicker than the Huawei P9. LG G8S ThinQ captures slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei P9, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a larger aperture for better images in poorly lited situations. LG G8S ThinQ has improved battery duration than Huawei P9, because it has 3550mAh of battery capacity.
