Comparison review
Motorola Defy (2021) is a bit better than the Huawei P9, getting a 77.2 score against 72.9. Even though the Motorola Defy (2021) is way newer than Huawei P9, it's notably heavier and much thicker. Huawei P9 features a better screen than Motorola Defy (2021), because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better 1080 x 1920 resolution and much more pixels per display inch.
Huawei P9 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Defy (2021), although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Defy (2021) has a much better memory to install applications and games than Huawei P9, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Motorola Defy (2021) features a superior battery duration than Huawei P9, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. The Motorola Defy (2021) takes a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei P9, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Motorola Defy (2021) also has a back-facing camera with way more megapixels, a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos and video and a much bigger sensor providing a much higher image quality.
