The Moto G8 Plus has an overall score of 77.6, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P9's 72.9 general score. The Moto G8 Plus design is much newer than the Huawei P9's, but it is extremely thicker and notably heavier. The Huawei P9 has a bit more powerful CPU than Moto G8 Plus, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Huawei P9 has just a bit better display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater count of pixels in each inch in the screen. Moto G8 Plus counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P9, because it has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 64 GB internal memory.
Moto G8 Plus has a much better camera than Huawei P9, because it has a back camera with a much higher resolution, a way better (4K) video quality, a much larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light captures and video and a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus has superior battery duration than Huawei P9, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
