Comparison review
The Moto G84 has an overall score of 80.9, which is better than the Huawei P9's 72.9 global score. The Moto G84 construction is notably newer and extremely lighter than Huawei P9's, although it's a bit thicker. Moto G84 has a bit sharper screen than Huawei P9, because although it has a bit lower pixel number in each inch in the screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a larger display.
Moto G84 counts with a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P9, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. The Huawei P9 features a really superior hardware performance than Moto G84, although it has 9 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Moto G84 captures way better pictures and videos than Huawei P9, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Moto G84 also has a camera with a much better resolution, a much larger camera sensor and a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited situations.
Moto G84 features a much longer battery lifetime than Huawei P9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
