Moto Z3 Play has an overall score of 76.3, which is slightly better than Huawei P9's 72.9 score. The Moto Z3 Play construction has the same thickness than the Huawei P9, but it's a little heavier. Huawei P9 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920px, it also counts with a just a little better pixels density.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a superior memory to install games and applications than Huawei P9, because it has 64 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei P9 features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play has a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Huawei P9 one. Motorola Moto Z3 Play features a little bit better camera than Huawei P9, and although they both have a same resolution back-facing camera, the Motorola Moto Z3 Play also has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a bigger camera sensor capturing higher quality photos and videos and a much bigger aperture for better low-light photos.
