The Galaxy Note Fan Edition design is newer than the Huawei P9's, although it is somewhat thicker and heavier. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei P9, because it has a better 1440 x 2560 resolution, a little larger screen and a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The Huawei P9 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, although it has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
