Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has a global score of 78.1, which is a bit better than the Huawei P9's 72.9 general score. Although it's the best in this comparison, it must be told that it is also an older, somewhat thicker and a bit heavier cellphone. The Galaxy S5 Plus features a much better display than Huawei P9, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a just a little greater display density.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus and Huawei P9 feature similar processing units, because although the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has 1 GB lesser RAM and less cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Huawei P9 has a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 16 GB more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that supports up to 256 GB.
The Huawei P9 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 3000mAh battery size. Galaxy S5 Plus shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Huawei P9, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Galaxy S5 Plus also has a larger sensor, a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a much better 16 mega pixels resolution camera.
