Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi A2 has a general score of 78, which is slightly better than Huawei P9's overall score of 72.9. The Xiaomi Mi A2 construction is newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than the Huawei P9. The Huawei P9 has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi A2, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a quite higher pixels quantity in each inch in the display.
Xiaomi Mi A2 features a better storage for apps and games than Huawei P9, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Huawei P9 features a bit more powerful processor than Xiaomi Mi A2, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Huawei P9 and Xiaomi Mi A2 count with incredibly similar battery performance, although the Xiaomi Mi A2 also has a 3010mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh. Xiaomi Mi A2 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei P9, and although they both have a same size sensor and a same resolution back camera, the Xiaomi Mi A2 also has a larger aperture to take better images in low-light situations and a lot higher (4K) video resolution.
