Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a general score of 77.5, which is a little bit better than Huawei P9's global score of 72.9. Even though the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is newer than the Huawei P9, it's way heavier and just a little bit thicker. Huawei P9 counts with a little bit better display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Huawei P9 also counts with a little bit higher pixels density.
The Huawei P9 has a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
