Comparison review
The Huawei Pocket S has a score of 78.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 general score. The Huawei Pocket S body is incredibly newer and thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's, but it's a little bit heavier. Huawei Pocket S has HarmonyOS 3 OS, while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo OS.
Huawei Pocket S features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a higher resolution of 1188 x 2790, a bigger screen and a just a little more pixels per inch of display. Huawei Pocket S features a bit more storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
Huawei Pocket S features a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Pocket S also has 2 GB more RAM.
