Xiaomi Mi 9 is a little bit better than the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra, with an 83.2 score against 80. Xiaomi Mi 9's design is way lighter and a bit thinner than the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra, although it was released 5 years before. Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a much powerful processor than Huawei Pura 70 Ultra, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Huawei Pura 70 Ultra counts with a better display than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a little larger screen, a little bit higher display pixel density, a higher resolution of 1280 x 2844 pixels and a lot brighter screen.
