Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is better than the Huawei Y9 (2019)'s 73.5 general score. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version while Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo version. Google Nexus 6 is a notably older, a lot thicker and a little bit heavier cellphone than the Huawei Y9 (2019).
