Comparison review
Huawei P20 Pro has a score of 81.4, which is much better than Huawei Y9 (2019)'s overall score of 73.5. The Huawei P20 Pro is an older and just a bit heavier cellphone than Huawei Y9 (2019), but Huawei made it just a bit thinner anyway. Both devices we compare here come with Android operating system, but Huawei P20 Pro has the previous 10 version while Huawei Y9 (2019) has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Huawei P20 Pro counts with a bit faster processing unit than Huawei Y9 (2019), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei P20 Pro has a little sharper display than Huawei Y9 (2019), because although it has a quite smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2240 resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater display density.
The Huawei P20 Pro has a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei Y9 (2019), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. Huawei P20 Pro's battery performance is just as good as the battery duration in Huawei Y9 (2019). The Huawei P20 Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Y9 (2019), and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a way better (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
